Cancellation Policy:
We allow order cancellation before we dispatch your order from our office only. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us at the email address or phone number listed on our website.
Return Policy:
If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, please contact us at the email address or phone number listed on our website within 15 days of the purchase date. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
